Resting in bboying is pretty important and is underrated. Sometimes when training for a competition or a battle, or even just jamming, bboys will end up dancing days and days in a row. Some will cross train too, and others will take it further by not eating well and sleeping badly.
I too have been pretty guilty of this in the past. But, it is not good if you want to build a stable bboy foundation. Treat your body well and it will reward you.
If you can train, eat, and sleep well, you build a good bboy foundation and everything can grow from there.
